Total Comfort Plan
Our Total Comfort Plan includes an annual cleaning, an annual tune-up and the Tank Sure Program. During the contract period, the Total Comfort Plan also covers the labor on all service, at all times of day and night, as well as some parts.
When we clean, we spray, wipe and vacuum your furnace or boiler combustion area, and clean the electrodes, fan, pump, furnace, flue-pipe to chimney and chimney base when accessible. During the tune-up, we lubricate motor bearings and all other moving parts, and we’ll replace the fuel filter cartridge, air filer, burner nozzle and pump strainer. Then we test for smoke, carbon dioxide and stack temperature. We’ll adjust your burner for maximum efficiency and make sure that it’s safe and up to present codes. We’ll also set the proper firing rate.

TankSure® Program
The TankSure Program measures, analyzes and monitors the thickness of your above-ground fuel storage tank so you know well ahead of time if it needs repair or replacement. After testing the tank, we install a zinc anode to help prevent corrosion and extend the life of your tank. For qualified tanks, we provide a $1000 tank replacement warranty.
